FAQs
-
I recommend taking a class no earlier than your second trimester or later than 36 weeks. Most often I see people between 25-35 weeks for birth education.
-
The welcome packet you will receive after signing up for class includes a list of suggested items to have while we practice the more hands on skills. Most things are items you’ll have around your house.
-
No problem! While I encourage everyone to attend the live classes, life sometimes has a different plan. All classes will be recorded for later viewing and you can get any questions answered during the private office hour times.
-
Absolutely! and any class has its limits on how much you can learn during the actual class time. Like any new skill, it’ll take intentional practice to have it stick.
-
Every family is welcome here and the classes are designed with that in mind. Single parents may invite their primary support person(s) to join and all primary co-parents in a poly fam may attend. I do request that attendees remain consistent for the entire series.
