Office hour is a monthly, virtual group session where you'll have the opportunity to ask any burning questions about pregnancy, birth, newborn care, and parenting in a judgment-free space. I will provide evidence-based information, give referrals to trusted healthcare providers, and offer resources to help you make informed choices wherever you are on your unique parenting path.

Each month we’ll delve into a topic that inspires purposeful conversation around living and parenting intentionally, while fostering meaningful moments with ourselves, our children, and the world around us.
